This is the International website of the JoHo Foundation. JoHo is an (inter-)national organization with the goal to set up as many support centers as possible, dealing with work, travel and international cooperation. The main focuses of the organization are passing on knowledge, promoting international contacts and awareness and giving advice.

Kenya Xperience is JoHo partner in Kilifi, Kenya
Bij het Kenya Xperience center kun je allerlei zaken regelen. Via ons netwerk kunnen we voor vrijwilligerswerk zorgen met mogelijkheden op sociaal, technisch, medisch of ecologisch gebied. Zo is het mogelijk de projecten van stichting Wanawa te bezoeken en eventueel de mouwen uit de handen steken voor een week of een paar maanden. Stichting Wanawa organiseert projecten op het gebied van de ontwikkeling van vrouwen en kinderen.
Natuurlijk kunnen we ook allerlei reistips geven of bepaalde reiszaken regelen. Van groepsreis tot een weekendje op safari of een gezinsreis met project bezoek erbij. Naast reizen en vrijwilligerswerk kun je in Kenia een stageplaats vinden of een intensieve taalcursus volgen. Stuur een mail naar kenia@joho.nl met je ideeen en we kunnen samen plannen maken.

NDG aims to initiate and support small-scale development projects where it is most needed. Local involvement and community development are central to NDG's projects.

Good Work Ghana is A Ghana based volunteer organization where young people work together with their Ghanaian counterparts and participate in the devellopment of independent community projects. There are 4 kinds of projects in which you can assist or initiate
Support in childcare and education
Guidance of sports, art or theatre clubs.
the "workshop" where interiors or other material for the projects are made.
There is also a possibility to do a custom made project at the request of individual volunteers.

Their aim is very simple: it is to help children in their development to become strong, healthy, happy and honest individuals.Besides voluntary work, this partner offers:

Arte Accion: International support center in Copan, Honduras
Arte Accion is a honduran association that organizes socio-cultural activities for children and young adults. In Copán Ruinas we offer since 1999 art, photography, video and drama workshops to children in town and in the rural communities.
Arte Acción Copán Ruinas works with volunteers from all over the world who come to help with art projects for children in Copán Ruinas or in the surrounding villages. We can always use the help of enthusiastic, independent and energetic volunteers.

There's work for for volunteers who want to give English classes for various projects.
There are possibilities to work within the following fields of work: education, healthcare, social work, childcare, sports and recreation. You can work with children, adults, disabled people, seniors, women and families.
